This is an exhibit intended for the FIP competition class “Traditional Philately”. It covers the 3 definitive stamp issues (incl. two post-cards), three charity issues, three commemorative issues and one postage due issue designed by Eugen Verling. The intention is to show the designs, proofs, varieties, issued stamps and their utilization, where appropriate also as related to the predecessor and successor issues.

The descriptions contain the significant information available, and information of a postal history nature regarding the items of mail shown. The Liechtenstein post effectively fell under the Swiss Post Office during the period concerned; but Liechtenstein had a large degree of autonomy as regards stamp issues.
